Welcome to LoonieGold. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services at looniegold.com. By registering an account, you agree to be bound by these terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services. At LoonieGold, we operate under a licence issued by Anjouan Licensing Services Inc., licence No. ALSI-202601006-FI1, under the authority of the Government of the Autonomous Island of Anjouan, Union of Comoros.

Eligibility and Restricted Territories

Account Registration

When you create an account at Loonie Gold, you confirm that you are at least the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction and that all information you provide is accurate and complete. Payment Methods and Deposits

We accept Interac, Visa, Mastercard, Tether (USDT), USD Coin (USDC), Bitcoin, and Ethereum as deposit methods. All deposits must come from a payment method registered in your own name; we prohibit the use of third-party accounts, cards, or wallets. Minimum deposits vary by method: 20 CAD via Interac, 30 CAD via Visa and Mastercard, 20 USDT, 20 USDC, 0.0003 BTC, and 0.01 ETH. Our crypto exchange rates are sourced from CoinMarketCap and refreshed approximately every 15 minutes.

Withdrawals and Limits

Our withdrawal methods mirror our deposit options, and payouts are only made to the method used for deposit or to a verified instrument belonging to you. If you deposited by card, we may return funds up to the deposited amount to that card, with any excess paid via another method. Minimum withdrawal amounts are 50 CAD via Interac, Visa, or Mastercard, 50 USDT, 50 USDC, 0.00075 BTC, and 0.025 ETH; requests below these thresholds will not be processed. We apply withdrawal limits of 1,500 CAD per day, 4,500 CAD per week, and 12,000 CAD per month. If your balance exceeds ten times your total deposits, we may cap withdrawals at 2,500 CAD per month until the balance is paid out. We may also require that deposited funds be wagered three times before withdrawal. Players who reach Minister 1 (level 9) of our loyalty programme may receive higher limits. We may adjust your limits based on risk assessment or verification status.

Processing and Pending Times

We cancel withdrawals outright if a bonus balance remains active on your account. Investigations into fraud or large wins may take up to 7 days, while account suspension investigations may take up to 10 days. We may place withdrawals on hold if there is a mismatch between your personal details and your payment method. Once verification is complete, cashouts and refunds are processed within up to 7 days, though actual timing depends on the method used and on third-party payment providers, which we do not control.

We only count wagering progress in games within our Bonus Wagering category.

We consider low-risk, hedging, or risk-free betting used to accumulate points a breach of these terms, which may lead to forfeiture of points and disqualification from the programme.
