Getting started with LoonieGold is quick. We've designed the install process to take just a couple of minutes, and the moment you finish, we reward you with 20 free spins on Big Bass Reel Repeat valued at 0.10 CAD per spin, exclusively for app installers.

For Android Users

2. Tap the "Install App" button on the homepage

For iOS Users

4. Launch the icon from your home screen like any other app

Because there's no no-account version at our casino, you'll need a registered profile to play through the app, but the registration itself only takes a minute.

Logging Into Your LoonieGold Account

Once installed, logging into Loonie Gold is straightforward. Enter the email and password you used during registration, and the app will remember your session for faster access next time. If you ever forget your password, a reset link is sent directly to your registered email. We keep the login screen simple so you spend less time clicking and more time playing.

Security and Licensing

We at LoonieGold operate under a valid license issued by Anjouan Licensing Services Inc., under the authority of the Government of the Autonomous Island of Anjouan. This license governs our Terms and Conditions and keeps our app held to the same standards as the desktop site. We encrypt your personal and payment data, and verification steps, including government-issued ID and proof of address, protect your account from unauthorised access. We also prohibit the use of VPNs, proxy servers or IP masking tools, since these can trigger account closure under our terms.

Payment Methods on the App

We support the same banking options through LoonieGold's app as on desktop, so you're never limited by device.

• Interac - minimum deposit 20 CAD, minimum withdrawal 50 CAD
• Visa and Mastercard - minimum deposit 30 CAD, minimum withdrawal 50 CAD
• USDT and USDC - minimum deposit 20, minimum withdrawal 50
• Bitcoin - minimum deposit 0.0003 BTC, minimum withdrawal 0.00075 BTC
• Ethereum - minimum deposit 0.01 ETH, minimum withdrawal 0.025 ETH

Deposits must come from a payment method registered in your own name, and we only send payouts to the same method you used to fund your account, or to another verified instrument belonging to you.

Claiming Bonuses Through the App

Every promotion available on our website is accessible through the app as well. You can activate your welcome package, grab your daily free spins or spin the Fortune Wheel without ever needing a desktop browser.

Our Welcome Package requires each deposit to be selected in your wallet before you fund your account, with a minimum of 50 CAD per deposit. Wagering sits at 30x for cash bonuses and 5x for free spin winnings, and bonus play only counts in games listed under our Bonus Wagering category. For more details on current promotions, check out our LoonieGold bonus page.

We offer several ways to reach us if you run into trouble with the app:

• Live Chat: available through the chat widget on the app
• Email: [email protected]
• Document Verification: [email protected]
• FAQ Section: built into the app menu

Why Choose the LoonieGold App

Our Loonie Gold app brings convenience without sacrificing the depth of our full casino library. You'll find over 8,000 games from 54 providers, including Pragmatic Play, Hacksaw Gaming and Play'n GO, all reachable from your phone. We also keep our loyalty program active on mobile, so every wager you place earns loyalty points toward higher tiers, better cashback and, eventually, a dedicated VIP manager once you reach Minister 1.

Here at LoonieGold, we believe mobile play shouldn't mean a smaller experience. Our app mirrors the desktop catalogue, our promotions update in real time, and our support team remains reachable through live chat no matter which device you're using.
