About LoonieGold Casino

Who We Are

We at Loonie Gold operate under 3-102-949677 SRL, trading as NEMO LIMITADA, registered in Costa Rica. Our casino is licensed by Anjouan Licensing Services Inc., under the authority of the Government of the Autonomous Island of Anjouan, Union of Comoros (licence No. ALSI-202601006-FI1, type B2C). This licence governs our operations, and our Terms and Conditions along with our Bonus Terms are kept current to reflect how we run our platform. Our affiliate programme runs separately through loonieaffs.com, but our main focus here is always the player experience at LoonieGold.

We built our casino with a clear purpose: to serve Canadian players outside of Ontario with a product that speaks their language, uses their currency, and respects the rules of their market. Our Terms specifically state that we primarily operate in CAD and that verification may call for government-issued identification issued in Canada. This isn't a one-size-fits-all international casino — it's a Canadian-focused destination, and we're proud of that.

Our Game Selection

Our Loonie Gold lobby features over 8,000 games from more than 50 studios, including Pragmatic Play, Hacksaw Gaming, Play'n GO, BGaming, Betsoft, Red Tiger, Evoplay, and many more. Whether you're after classic reel spinning, crash-style action, or a wheel of fortune, we've organized our lobby so you can filter by what matters to you.

• Pokies with Hold and Win, High Volatility, and Pragmatic Play 1000 filters
• Live Casino tables for blackjack and roulette, powered by Ezugi, Pragmatic Live, Creedroomz, BetGames.tv, and GoldenRace
• Crash Games for fast-paced rounds
• Wheels of Fortune for a different kind of spin
• Jackpot filter for progressive hunting
• Quests and Tournaments for players who like a bit of competition

At LoonieGold, our games run smoothly across desktop, mobile browsers, and our installable app, which even comes with its own 20 free spin welcome bonus on Big Bass Reel Repeat. We don't offer a no-account version — we believe a verified, secure account is the right way to protect both our players and ourselves.

Our Welcome Package and Ongoing Promotions

When you join us at Loonie Gold, our welcome package spreads 550% up to 2,000 CAD plus 300 free spins across your first four deposits, each chosen in your wallet before you deposit. We've paired the free spins with titles like Gates of Olympus Super Scatter, Wild Bandito, Coin Express, and Book of Dead, so the first few days with us feel generous and varied. Our minimum deposit for each welcome bonus is 50 CAD, and wagering runs 30x on cash and 5x on free spin winnings, with a 3x cap on bonus winnings. For full details on all current offers, check out our LoonieGold bonus page.

Beyond the welcome offer, we at LoonieGold keep the promotions calendar busy. Our Friday Grand Spins reward your fourth deposit of the week, our Weekend Reward adds a 100% match on Saturdays and Sundays, and our Weekly Cashback returns 3% to 15% of your casino losses every Monday depending on your loyalty level. We also run a Birthday Bonus once a year, plus Bronze, Silver, and Gold Fortune Wheels tied to your deposits and daily bets. Our LoonieGold team designed these promotions to reward consistent play rather than just a single big deposit.

Our Loyalty Programme

Every player at Loonie Gold is automatically enrolled in our loyalty programme starting at Loonizen 1. We award 10 loyalty points for every 1 CAD wagered and 1 point per 1 CAD deposited, moving you through 20 levels across six tiers: Loonizen, Mayor, Minister, Chancellor, Monarch, and our top-secret SECRET tier. As you climb, our cashback percentage rises from 3% up to 15%, and our level-up prizes grow from a handful of free spins to 5,000 CAD plus 200 free spins at the very top.

From Minister 1 onward, our VIP manager is assigned to help you directly, along with higher withdrawal limits. Reach Chancellor 1, and our VIP Tournaments and Quests open up. We don't run a separate VIP club — instead, our loyalty ladder carries every VIP perk built right in.

Our Banking Options

We at LoonieGold support Interac, Visa, Mastercard, Tether (USDT), USD Coin (USDC), Bitcoin, and Ethereum. Our crypto exchange rates come from CoinMarketCap and refresh roughly every 15 minutes, so you always see a current conversion.

Our Loonie Gold withdrawal limits sit at 1,500 CAD per day, 4,500 CAD per week, and 12,000 CAD per month, with higher limits available once you reach Minister 1 in our loyalty programme. We only send payouts to the method you deposited with or to a verified instrument in your own name — we require every deposit to come from an account registered to you, never a third party.

Fair Play and Account Security

We at LoonieGold take account security seriously. We allow one account per person, household, IP address, device, and payment method. Our KYC process may ask for government-issued ID, proof of address from the last 90 days, proof of payment ownership, a selfie, or a verification call, with documents sent to [email protected]. We also prohibit VPNs, proxies, and any tool used to mask your real location — using one can lead to account closure and voided winnings.

Our Terms and Bonus Terms are both kept current, and the English version of our site always prevails over any translation. While we welcome players from across Canada outside Ontario, we do not accept registrations from a long list of restricted countries, which you can review in full within our Terms and Conditions. Getting started is easy with a quick LoonieGold login once you've created your account.

Our Customer Support

We at Loonie Gold keep support simple and accessible, so help is never far away.

• Live chat widget on our website
• Email: [email protected]
• Document and KYC enquiries: [email protected]
• Contact form and FAQ section on site

If something doesn't get resolved through our support team, our Terms outline that complaints can be escalated to our licensing authority. We'd always rather sort things out directly with you first, though.
